Using the services of the B2B Business Dialogue Center and Kaloj’s booking platform implies full acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any booking. Any updates to these terms will be published on this page, and continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of the latest version.

1. Scope of Services and Responsibilities

• Kaloj manages the operational aspects and booking of B2B Center spaces in Hall 5 of Tehran International Exhibition Center.
• The organizer or host of each event is solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of the event content.
• Kaloj is committed to providing the agreed–upon facilities (space, equipment, and operational services) based on the capacities and conditions announced at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment Rules

• A booking is considered confirmed only after it is registered in the system and the specified amount is paid.
• Any change in date or time must be requested in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled start.
• Cancellation and refund conditions follow the financial policies communicated in the contract or invoice.
• Delays in payment or failure to settle additional costs (extra services, extended usage, etc.) may lead to restrictions on future services.

3. Proper Use of Spaces and Equipment

• All spaces must be used strictly in line with the agreed purpose (conference, B2B meetings, training, recording, etc.).
• Any damage to equipment, décor, technical systems, or furniture will be charged to the organizer or user.
• Compliance with safety regulations, maximum capacity limits, and technical guidelines (sound, lighting, power, etc.) is mandatory.
• Guest entry and exit must respect the security and operational rules of Tehran International Exhibition Center.

4. Event Content and Legal Compliance

• The organizer is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for the event, content, and guest participation.
• Any program that contradicts the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran or the regulations of Tehran International Exhibition Center is strictly prohibited.
• All legal responsibility for presented materials (educational, media, promotional, etc.) lies with the content owner or organizer.

5. Privacy and Contact Information

• User contact details and submitted data are used solely for operational coordination, event support, and relevant communication.
• Kaloj will not intentionally share users’ personal information with unrelated third parties, unless required by law.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate and up–to–date information (name, phone number, email, etc.).

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kaloj reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is recommended to review this section before placing any new booking.
